Head coach of the youth teams Saga-97, Riga-2006, Riga-2010, Riga-2014. Six-time champion of Latvia in the U9, U11, U12 and U13 age groups.

Former players he has developed: Kristaps Zīle, Mārtiņš Dzierkals, Daniels Bērziņš — all with “Dinamo Riga” (KHL) and members of the Latvian national team.
