2. Website content
Information on the Website about training sessions, camps, prices, dates and available places is for information only and does not constitute a public offer. Dates, times, venues and prices may change; we confirm the current details when we contact you. The number of available places on the Website is updated manually and may differ from the actual number.
3. Applications
An application for a child’s participation in training sessions or a camp is submitted by the child’s parent or legal guardian. A place is reserved only after we have confirmed it. By sending an application, you confirm that the information provided is true.
The forms must not be used for spam, automated requests or any other malicious activity.
4. Intellectual property
The content of the Website – texts, photos, videos, logo and design – belongs to SIA “Kidshockey.lv” or is used with the permission of the rights holders. Republishing the content or using it for commercial purposes without our written consent is prohibited.
5. Liability
We try to keep the information on the Website up to date and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete and free of errors. The Website contains links to third-party resources (such as Facebook, YouTube, Google Maps, WhatsApp); the respective service providers are responsible for their content and data processing.
6. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
7. Dispute resolution
The use of the Website is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We first try to resolve disagreements through negotiation: write to [email protected]. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, Brīvības iela 55, Riga, LV-1010, www.ptac.gov.lv) or a court of the Republic of Latvia.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms by publishing the current version on the Website. The version in force at the time you use the Website applies.
