Camps exist so that a child can give themselves entirely to the sport \u2014 focusing on training, discipline and independence. Over a short period that produces a noticeable step forward.<\/p>\n

Four times a year<\/div>\n

Autumn, winter, spring and summer \u2014 usually during the school holidays.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

A cycle per group<\/div>\n

The coach designs the training cycle individually for each group, taking age and skill level into account.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

The daily routine<\/div>\n

A balanced regime of training, meals and rest. A young athlete’s capacity for work depends directly on it.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

When is it time for a camp<\/h2>\n

It does not matter whether your child is a beginner or already an experienced athlete \u2014 a camp will help either way. Results come from active, regular training, and that is exactly the process a camp provides.<\/p>\n

A camp is also a close-knit group with shared interests. Children meet peers from other countries and learn how hockey is played abroad. Plus a mini table-tennis tournament, beach volleyball, board games and a day on the Riga seaside.<\/p>\n
